Kevin Olech, an experienced handyman, journeyman, and contractor in the carpentry and construction industries is known for being fair, honest, and professional. Originally from Michigan, he learned handyman skills at a young age, and eventually became an interior/exterior painting project manager, and a professional journeyman for large Carpenter Union projects such as schools, casinos, and hospitals. Driven by perfection, he takes pride in delivering quality results and is passionate about bringing clients ideas and dreams to life. Currently, as a contractor for Capital Kitchen and Bath, his goals include efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. While being a contractor is his primary job function by day, Kevin also enjoys classic car shows and spending time with his family.
His handyman experience began at the age of 15, and then transitioned into interior/exterior painting. From the age of 18-21 he became the foreman of the painting company he worked for in Michigan. Next, he joined Michigan’s Regional Council of Carpenter and Millworks Union and became a journeyman at 25 years old. Kevin worked as a journeyman for seven years until he chose self employment, owning and operating his own small renovation business, K.O. Renovations.
